- Yes, Calliola operates year-round. The seasons offer magnificent experiences in the seasonal menus, social programs and the scenery surrounding the conference guests.

Can you get there with a car?
- Yes, you can reach the property by car, chartered bus or taxi. For boaters, we can arrange a berth by reservation. Transportation can be arranged through our reliable partners, if so desired. Ask more from our sales service.

Where can I get driving instructions to Calliola?
- There are precise driving instructions to the destination. Driving instructions can also be found at Google Maps using the address: Rågöntie 315 Snappertuna. Please note that navigators may guide the driver off the maintained main road. There is an asphalt road all the way to the Calliola gate. Avoid any deviation onto the gravel or secondary roads when arriving by car. Calliola is approximately 14.9 km from the Helsinki-Hanko road No. 51. Calliola signs will lead you to your destination.

Can one come to Calliola to spend a weekend with family?
Calliola offers mainly conference, event and accommodation services to companies and organizations. We also offer well-being days to consumers, as well as private functions such as weddings and parties. It is also possible to reserve Calliola for a group of friends. Our sales service will gladly assist you in function planning.

Does Calliola have smoke-free accommodation facilities?
- Yes. All of our facilities are non-smoking.

Can you arrive in Calliola by boat, for example, in conjunction with a company’s summer party?
-Yes, what a great idea! The Barösund boat channel is located only a short distance from Calliola. One can arrive and moor at our dock with motorboats and sailing boats. Calliola’s coordinates for sailors and skippers are: latitude 57° 90 min and longitude 45° 10 min. Please advise us in advance of your arrival by boat, as the mooring spaces are limited.

How is the sauna organized when Calliola is hosting another group at the same time?
- Calliola has four seaside saunas with terraces and beaches. Each group always has their allocated sauna shift. Men and women have their own washing and changing facilities.

Do you attend to the needs of people with allergies?
-Our staff will take into account all pre-announced special requests and food allergies in all servings. Our kitchen uses low-lactose products for cooking.

Who owns Calliola, and is it a part of a chain?
Calliola is a family business owned by Maiju and Kari Kasanen. Calliola is not a part of a chain.

Kari Kasanen is a well-known management consultant and a powerful player in the business world. He is also known as an expert of public sector development projects. He is a shareholder in several companies and is an active member of company boards of directors.
